PRICES and DISCOUNTS
If you sign up for more than one course simultaneously, or sign up more than one person at the same time, you have a discount on registration fees.
After your first subscription we'll notify you the 15% discount throwaway code that you can use for future registrations.
The prices on the site are stated net of VAT; VAT is calculated by applying the standard rate of 22%. If you are under an exemption or exclusion of VAT, please indicate this in the notes or billing information and choose bank transfer as a payment method.
PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING
You can either pay by bank transfer or with PayPal, either by using your PayPal Account or your credit card.
If you pay with PayPal, payment is immediate and your place in the classroom is reserved; if you choose to pay by bank transfer, we'll send you automatically an email with the bank coordinates. Your place will be reserved for three days, then if we receive more registrations, priority will go to those who confirm first.
Invoices will be sent after payment. We make them by hand, it may take some days between when you make the payment, and when you get the bill.

REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you signed up and you can not attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can handle the situation.
If you cancel your participation within one week before the event, we can either refund you 80% of the price or keep your credit for another course (or for a further edition of the same).
If you cancel within less than one week before the event, we can either refund 50% or keep 50% for another course, or for a further edition of the same course.
If you cancel on the event day, you have no right to reimbursement.
Obviously, if we cancel the event, we will refund you 100%, unless you'd rather use your fee for another course.
